More paperwork to sign off on!

I got back all the different costings for the doors which I liked and all but 1 ended up cheaper than the door we choose to begin with. I then gave Ryan the choice of the 3 cheaper doors (as he was away working while I was left to keep things moving) - don't you like what I did their saving us money without him knowing :P and we both decided to go with the below door as we think it has an interesting design and will go with the internal doors that we have chosen for downstairs.

Also found out that the re-sizing of the gable above our garage is at no charge to us! This I was very excited about as going through this process you learn that every little thing cost you something, so was nice for once having it be free.

We got back our final (hopefully) post contract adjustment which included the costings for an exhaust fan in the laundry, an exterior batten to be moved due to downpipes not being able to be moved and the re-choosing of our entrance door and it turns out that we have removed some more money from the final figure! Good choice by me with finding cheaper doors that we liked :P

Now just waiting back to updated electrical drawings, the new garage facade with the correct hight gables and our clever kitchen power draw to see how it will work. Once we have all that back we will make sure our loan gets sorted and hopefully we will be breaking ground in a few months.
